This native iOS app allows the highly reliable and well-supported iPad Mini to act as interactive digital signage and equip every meeting room with an easy user interface to find meeting space ad hoc, start meetings early and extend meeting room reservation times as needed.
Just touch the screen and select which function or which time you wish to use. By providing a familiar, interactive interface to OnBoard just outside a conference room, users can more quickly find an available space or more easily check into a space they have previously reserved. No need to log into a web browser or knock on the door and ask “is this room available?”
